What We Are Looking For:We’re looking for a detail-oriented, driven, and experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help build, optimize, and execute our SMB marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you’ll ultimately be accountable for revenue growth and leverage your creativity, ability to find insights in data, technical knowledge, and multi-discipline marketing experience to impact key revenue drivers across acquisition programs and monetization initiatives. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record driving results in a high-velocity ecommerce business and understands the core principles of digital marketing, program execution, and measurement.
This is a full-time and remote position based in the U.S., ideally in either Austin, Texas OR Scottsdale, Arizona.
This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Vice President, Growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Be accountable for driving billings growth for our SMB segment through sales-assisted and ecommerce channels.
Build, maintain, and communicate acquisition and monetization performance KPIs to executive leadership.
Drive performance of paid and organic (PPC/SEO) programs through our agencies and contractors.
Optimize website conversion to leads, chats, and purchases through iterative design improvements.
Collaborate with sales-assisted channel managers to measure offline conversions.
Partner with digital platform products and engineering teams to improve the effectiveness of our digital experience, ecommerce performance, and operational efficiency.
Create, update, and maintain website content for SMB pages and collaborate with product marketing to create compelling copy, packaging, and creative materials.
Develop a strong understanding of SMB customers and represent the customer within the business.
Leverage a variety of tools and data sources to make data-informed optimization decisions, measure campaign performance, and measure effectiveness of the digital experience.
Work cross-functionally with the Lifecycle Marketing and Sales Teams to increase share of wallet with expansion and cross-sell programs.
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate your initiatives to executive stakeholders.
Work across platforms (HubSpot / Salesforce / Google Ads / Google Search Console / CMS / Chat) to close conversion measurements and attribution gaps.
Other duties as assigned and related to the nature of this role and company initiatives.
Requirements:Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of experience in a related digital marketing role with deep experience in at least two digital disciplines (Example: SEO + PPC, SEO + CRO, SOCIAL + SEO, CONTENT + CRO, etc.).
Talents and Desired Qualifications:
Deep analytical experience teasing insights out of multiple disparate data sources.
Strong understanding of ad tech, martech, and analytics platforms.
Ability to summarize performance, insights and programs for executives in verbal and visual form.
Strong sense of urgency, focus, and ability to prioritize based on impact and effort.
Experience in global, multi-lingual, and or cyber security businesses is an asset.
Experience working in high-velocity businesses with self-serve and sales-assisted channels.
Experience working with various ad, CRM, CMS, CHAT and analytics platforms is crucial to success.
Experience delivering outcomes using an agile approach.
