We are 900+ people strong and growing!General Summary: Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Multimedia Supervisor leads the Multimedia Content Producer team in the Communications Division in producing high-quality digital content across various platforms. This role requires a mix of creative, technical, and leadership skills to manage a team of multimedia designers, videographers, photographers, editors, and other specialists, and involves overseeing the development and execution of multimedia projects, including video production, graphic design, and audio content. This position supports the team in managing multiple workflows, coordinating between departments, and ensuring projects align with CCRC's brand, vision and objectives. The Multimedia Supervisor mentors team members in continual professional development and growth, and stays updated on industry trends to drive innovation within our content strategy.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesWith minimal supervision, this position will perform the following responsibilities:Supervision (50%)Customer Relationship Management (30%)Multimedia Content Development (10%)Monitor Financial and Legal Requirements (10%)Job SpecificationsMinimum RequiredEducation :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, management, computer science, graphic design, or related field

Experience :

3+ years direct supervisory experience in a professional work environment2+ years direct project management experience2+ years budgeting, reporting and analysis

Technical Requirements :

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Final Cut Pro, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop, Light room, Animate and other graphic design software applications.Technical skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional

Adherence to confidentiality, including HIPAA and PHI, in accordance with Agency policy and legal requirements.Adherence technological security in accordance with Agency policy and legal requirements.

Travel :

Current auto insurance, current California Driver's License and DMV clearance required. Ability to travel within CA required.

Work Schedule :

Full time, typical work hours and shifts are M-F, but must have the ability to work non-traditional work schedules, which may include evenings and Saturdays.

Work environment:

The work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. This position will be hybrid, working 2-3 days in office and other days remotely in the home.
