Everything we do is designed to elevate the service experience and ensure that our success is our clients’ success.Success starts by doing things differently.About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Designer with a background in marketing/communications and branding within the luxury real estate market with a focus on Florida. This role is based on-site at our Miami office with flexibility to work from home as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will play a critical role in shaping the way we visually communicate across platforms within the Florida real estate market.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the creative director, marketing team, FL sales manager, new development team and RE partners to plan and execute innovative branding/marketing strategies.Design, develop, and manage a variety of marketing materials (e-blasts, social media graphics, brochures, logos, brand identities, presentations, etc.).Design, develop, test, and manage customizable marketing templates on various template platforms to streamline workflow and ensure brand consistency across all media.Lead creative ideation for new real estate developments, including naming, logo creation, storytelling, and brand guidelines.Attend on-site stakeholder meetings and new development walk-throughs when appropriate.Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to finalize projects while managing the design process (wireframing, layout, and coordinating website development with external parties).Coordinate with external vendors (agencies, developers, printers) to ensure high-quality deliverables and technical compliance.Ensure brand consistency across various projects while staying up to date with design trends, especially in the Florida real estate market.Contribute to team efforts by consistently meeting deadlines, offering creative mentorship to junior teammates and staying informed on real estate, design and marketing trends.*The company reserves the right to add or remove duties at any time.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a graphic designer with a focus on marketing and communications.A strong portfolio showcasing experience in branding, marketing communications (luxury markets is a PLUS!).Keen eye for a luxurious aesthetic, typography, and color theory.Marketing, production, website design, brand identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design experience.Understanding of template creation, including designing and developing customizable templates for marketing materials to ensure brand consistency and ease of use across various platforms.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions in a marketing context.Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and external teams/vendors.Ability to give and receive constructive feedback and lead creative discussions.Software & Platforms:
Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AcrobatProject management software (e.g., ClickUp)Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hubspot)Nice-to-Haves:
FigmaFamiliarity with ChatGPT / AI platformsSkills:
