Responsibilities: Manage, create, test, and deploy a variety of eCommerce campaigns and projectsCreate digital marketing strategies that are in line with our business goalsAssist with audience segmentation, personalization, and measurementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure personalized product recommendations align with business goals.Continuously monitor and optimize recommendations based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.Implement A/B testing to refine recommendation algorithms and improve performance.Partner with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, project management, and design to ensure task and project deliverables are complete
Work Experiences: 2 - 5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, focusing on digital marketing and analytics.
Skills: Strategic thinker: strong problem-solving abilities and creative resolution skillsProcess Mindset: ability to define/document processes, execute against processes, and suggest process changes for continuous improvementEffective Communication Skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to work with other teams cross-functionalityOrganized and Accountable: Ability to manage timelines, self-pride in work, ownership of deliverables within a high volume, fast-paced environmentProblem-solver: Ability to make recommendations, bias for action, positive attitude towards challengesBasic Microsoft Excel and Outlook skillsAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent work experience in Marketing, Business or relevant field of study
