Job Description:
Education :High school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in graphic design or similar experience preferred
Work Experiences:7+ years of experience in graphic design.Retail or agency experience preferred
Skills:Mastery skills in current Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsSolid analytical skills with an ability to manage several project types and stakeholders, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environmentProvide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgmentExperience in After effects a plus
Responsibilities:Lead in the development and execution of an increasingly competitive creative framework - based on brand objectives, the competitive situation, with a deep understanding of key stakeholder needs and expectations across channelsManage external resources determining which is best to use given project scope and lead them in the concept and production of brand creative while ensuring all work delivered drives the brand forwardDrive cross functional relationships with the brand marketing and category marketing teams to create concepts for key selling time frames and determine which stories will generate the most sales liftPartner with Art Directors and other creative leadership to craft communications that drives salesUtilize marketing briefs, data and insights to craft on-target creative that drives salesPresent and sell creative work to stakeholders and provide solutions to feedbackRemain well-informed on popular culture and trends and monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns in contrast to the competitive landscapeBe a thought leader on the brand team; constantly advocating for growing brand loyalty through thoughtful design and brand consistencyRequired to learn company policies, procedures and safety rulesDuties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements & AttendanceRegular attendance requiredAbility to work flexible hours such as evening, weekends, and holidays as necessaryUp to 5% travel requiredAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job dutiesAdhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules governing professional staff behavior
