Join our team to shape the social media presence of eMed, driving audience engagement and brand visibility in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Social Media Coordinator will attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users ultimately achieving superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap. This position will develop original content and recommend creative ways to test and learn, expand channel tactics, attract more customers and promote the company's brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Nurture strong industry network, increase awareness, and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and mediaBuild and execute social media channel strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience persona identificationSet up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social contentModerate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each communityContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationMeasure web traffic and monitor SEOResearch audience preferences and discover current trendsCreate engaging text, image and video contentStay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectivenessFacilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queriesReport on online reviews and feedback from customers and fansDevelop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metricsDevelop and execute social media strategies for B2B and B2C audiences across Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.Create compelling content (text, video, and imagery) tailored to each platform and audience.Lead paid social campaigns and boost organic content to maximize visibility and engagement.Provide campaign performance metrics and data driven recommendationsRegularly track and report on key performance metrics (KPMs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, lead generation, and ROI across campaigns.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.Expertise in multiple social media platforms.Preferred experience with B to C and B to B digital marketing across different social media platformsIn-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google AnalyticsMultitasking and analytical skillsAnalytical and creative thinkingExquisite communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or relevant field or equivalent practical experience.2+ years of social media experienceBenefits
