One 20 minute workout is equivalent to hours in the gym so you can build muscle and burn calories without the need for heavy weights and impact on the joints.
As a Studio Manager, you will lead all sales and operations for the studio -- driving new member growth and delivering a great member experience
Responsibilities:Sales
Accountable for meeting studio sales revenue goals and daily activity targets (e.g. 100 calls to leads a day)Sell memberships to leads who come in for a demo workoutDevelop relationships with local businesses to plan and execute offsite marketing and sales events to generate more leadsFitness Training
Become a certified trainer with the Electric Muscle Stimulation device (no previous fitness or personal training experience or certification required) so you can fill in and train members when required due to coach scheduling issuesLead the team of coaches, exchanging best practices and driving continuous improvementHire and train new coaches, managing their certification processOperations:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the studio's daily operationsCreate and maintain the staff scheduleHandle member service escalations and issuesEnsure daily operational processes are followed (e.g. member service & follow-up, cleanliness, invoicing/billing)Implement and roll out promotions and other corporate programs in the studioEvaluate employee performance and create improvement action plans as requiredManage social media channelsMaintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staffRequirements:
Passion for health and wellnessPrevious experience in a management rolePrevious experience in a sales role, with an excitement for salesStrong leadership and communication skills -- be a first one in, last one out leader who will lead by example style, inspiring and motivating the team but also willing to step into any role temporarily when requiredComfort working on multiple concurrent activities, while still keeping an eye on the detailsAn energetic and friendly dispositionCertification in personal training or fitness instruction is a plusRole Logistics:
Full time role - spend 40+ hours in the studio weekly including one full weekend day. This is not a remote or work-from-home role.Compensation consists of base salary ($45,000) plus bonuses for meeting and exceeding revenue and profitability targets, with a path to $80K+ total compensationAmple opportunity for growth as more studios are openedThis position will be an employee of the local BODY20 franchisee owner, not BODY20 corporate.
