What will I be doing?The company’s Global Media Strategy & Planning Team provides the Marketing & Loyalty department with subject matter expertise, leads the media agency relationships, and applies emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace. The Global Media team also ensures that the company brand award-winning creative and storytelling is seen by audiences in the right format, at the right time, to the right person. In addition, the team is charged with providing the Marketing & Loyalty team with subject matter expertise, leading the media agency relationships, and applying emerging media tactics in the constantly evolving advertising marketplace.

In this contract position, you will support the Director of Media Strategy & Planning and contributing success of the team by driving enablement through the onboarding LiveRamp into the organization & executing media technology best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing cross-screen measurement solutions and 1st party data activations in paid media. This role will also support the strategic development of innovative and impactful media campaigns from conceptualization to execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment for its 22 iconic trading brands.

More specifically, you will: Lead the implementation of LiveRamp into the organization: Lead the implementation of LiveRamp's cross-screen measurement and 1st party activation into the company’s MarTech ecosystem – collaborating with internal measurement, marketing technology and agency teams applicable. Develop implementation roadmap, use cases, and best practices and support Director in socializing and change management across the organization. Ensure implementation operations are smooth, proactively identifying risks as needed. Supervise the invoicing process and clearing paperwork through Coupa/PO system as needed.Media Strategy Support: Support general media campaign executional needs for live and active campaigns, from early planning processes to executive presentations, to campaign launch and measurement/reporting. Additional projects include developing best practices for the team across a variety of topics, such as paid social platform strategy & planning and buying guidelines

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications: 7-10 years of work experience at a media agency or large brandPrior experience with LiveRamp either on the brand or agency sideHands-on experience managing the media planning process (inclusive of media strategy development, tactical plan recommendations, media plan execution, billing and invoicing)

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeExperience leading process changes and successfully navigating change management within a matrixed organizationExperience across all media channels including Linear, CTV, FEP, OTT, OLV, Social, Audio, Outdoor, Print, and other non-traditional mediaDemonstrated ability to manage complex media plans, ideally across several lines of business
