Job Description Summary
Track, analyze and maintain all implemented direct marketing and e-based marketing programs with emphasis on hosted and other premium players.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(other duties may be assigned)Maintain host programs for high end players by liaising with Player Development and Special Events.Responsible for maintaining existing customer loyalty based programs, with emphasis on hosted and other premium players.Responsible for maintaining database files on all aspects and activities of all direct marketing programs that enhance customer-loyalty, support strategic and tactical objectives that drive repeat business, increase brand recognition and recall, drive volume and increase revenue.Track and analyze direct marketing programs and prepare proformas and post analysis for promotions, tournaments and player recognition events for hosted and other premium players.Analyze player tracking data and run weekly analytical reports for Player Development.Extract data and lists for marketing direct mail and promotional offers, with emphasis on hosted and other premium players.Coordinate with necessary external vendors and internal departments to ensure accuracy of direct marketing programs.Maintain all customer list criteria and develop mailing criteria for all casino programs.Maintain integrity of the database through data entry standardization and cleanliness programs. (Group one/Group One or similar products)Provide excellent guest service.Must comply with all applicable System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.Other duties as assigned.Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
Minimum of an Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or at least three (3) years experience in a Marketing Department, Casino Marketing Department, and/or advertising groupDatabase Marketing experience requiredStrong analytical and problem solving skill requiredMust be able to use and understand Access software, SQL Server, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productsStrong technical skills with the demonstrated ability to learn computer languages and /or software systemsKnowledge of Casino Operations database managementExperience with reporting or query programming language, other relational databases, and /or related software packages; demonstrated ability to learn other computer languages and /or software systems
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must me able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift. The individual may also be subjected to a smoke filled environment. Typically, the individual will be housed in an office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. The individual must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
