Job Description
Renesas is seeking a Director of Product Management for its System Power product line. The System Power product line develops high performance embedded solution and power modules to convert high voltage bus (48V and higher) to lower voltages that power GPU, CPU and SoC through a second stage power conversion or directly. Typical applications include Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Networking, and other High Performance Computing applications. The product line is part of the Performance Computing Power division, which is one of the fastest growing and most exciting business units at Renesas.
As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the team to build our product strategy, define the product portfolio, grow and expand the business, and take our fast-growing product line to next higher level. This role offers a great growth opportunity and high visibility within the Power Product Group.

Qualifications
BSEE or related fields with 15+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
5+ years of leadership experience.
Understanding of power management applications and products.
Experience in data center, server, telecom, networking and/or computing markets is highly preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with global teams.
Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of successfully managing and launching products, driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Recruit and develop the core teams, including product marketing engineers, product definers and application engineers.
Develop product strategies and define products that meet requirements from global cloud service providers and AI/High Performance Computing enablers
Own the full product life cycle, propose new products, drive product development execution and schedule, develop and carry out go to market strategies, and lead team to support DIN and DWIN.
Develop pricing strategies, drive cost reduction, and help product line achieve financial goals.
