To Apply for this Job Click HereOur client, a law firm, is seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator in their NYC office. The hours are 9:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid schedule, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

Process check requests, charitable contribution requests, pre-approval requests, and expense reportsWork to develop new client pitchesAssist with all details of in-person event planning, execution, and day-of supportCoordinate photo sessions and create and maintain biographies for attorneysManage and evaluate sponsorships, including ads and tablesCoordinate firm tickets and catering for all sporting and special eventsAssist with all details of virtual events planning, execution, and follow-upSupport production and publication of all digital marketing content, including Client Alerts, Newsletters, Podcasts, Videos, and Social Media posts

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative assistant experience in professional servicesBachelor's degree required, with a Communications or Marketing related concentration preferredExperience at a law firm or within professional services preferredProficient with Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communications skillsStrong attention to detail
