KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a key player on our Experiential Design team, you'll contribute to crafting immersive experiences that go beyond the ordinary. From organizing captivating pop-up ticketed consumer experiences that engage audiences on a grand scale, to curating exclusive incentive trips that deliver adventures at every turn, to taking the ballroom out of the ballroom, our dynamic team excels at crafting a diverse array of immersive moments.

Your Playground: Live and Virtual Events, Interactive Installations, and Experiential Marketing Campaigns:
Immersive event creation:
Generate awe-inspiring designs for both live and virtual events that captivate every sense.Foster the vision:
Be a vital part of the team, designing and developing immersive experiences that push boundaries.
Manage the creative execution of multiple projects under the guidance of the Creative Director.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of fellow visionaries (including designers, engineers, and technologists) and maintain high standards for creative work within deadlines and budgets.
Oversee every detail from user experience to diagramming, floor plans, and 3D renderings.Manage the intricacies of swag, gifting, photo opportunities, food and beverage, décor, floral arrangements, entertainment, and live event production needs.Uphold the highest standards for the team, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in creative asset execution.Cross-disciplinary collaboration:
Break down silos and join forces with leaders from media, event, account, and production teams. Ensure a seamless transition from the electrifying proposal stage to final execution in the production phase.
Develop visually compelling concepts for print, digital, video, podcast, merchandise, and live/virtual events.Facilitate brainstorming sessions, encouraging innovative ideas from diverse creative disciplines.Communicate creative concepts and strategies effectively to prospects and clients.Promote a culture of creative excellence through enhanced team communication.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and foster relationships with external partners.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES5+ years of related experience with 2+ years of event/experiential design experience.Proficiency in multiple software applications:
Design: Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignVisualization: 3D design and rendering software, specifically SketchUp.Presentation: PowerPoint and Keynote
Detail-oriented, dependable, and excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities.Customer service-oriented with superior client relationship skills.Ability to work well in teams and adapt to changing schedules.Must be willing to travel for site visits, occasional client meetings, and be on site for the actual events.EDUCATION + TRAINING
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Marketing, Communications, Design or related discipline preferredRelevant certifications in events, meetings, design, and project managementPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to sit for long periods of time and look at a computer screen.
