I. Position Overview A. Title: Content Creation Coordinator B. Status: Full-time II. Primary Responsibilities A. Video and Image Content Creation 1. Filming and editing vehicle tours 2. Creating themed video content (e.g., Taco Tuesday on a Tacoma, Tech Talk Tips) 3. Taking photos and 360-degree images and videos of inventory for the website, YouTube, and third-party platforms B. Social Media 1. Distributing content across Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram 2. Focusing on reels-style videos and YouTube shorts 3. Collaborating with the Marketing Director on all social media efforts C. Coordination 1. Working with internal teams (e.g., Internet Director, Inventory Manager) 2. Reporting to the Inventory Manager for inventory-related photo and video tasks III. Skills and Expertise A. Essential 1. Video production, filming, and photography skills 2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Rush, Premiere), Canva, and subtitle post-production tools B. Desirable 1. Basic automotive knowledge (or willingness to learn) 2. Experience with scriptwriting for video content IV. Immediate Goals A. Achieve consistent posting on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram B. Increase engagement on YouTube and Instagram through high-quality content V. Reporting and Measurement A. Reporting to: 1. Marketing Director for social media, video, and marketing content 2. Inventory Manager for inventory-related photography and videos B. Performance Measurement 1. Compliance with content calendar deadlines 2. Quality and engagement of produced content across platforms VI. Education and Experience A. Required Level: High School Diploma; Associate's degree or higher preferred B. Experience: Open to those willing to learn and adapt; provision of sample work required VII. Professional Development A. Opportunities for learning automotive products and expanding content creation skills Compensation: $15-18/hour based on skills Schedule: Monday to Friday Training: 2-week training period to cover processes and job roles Review Process: 90-day and annual reviews conducted by the Marketing Director, with reports filed to HR
