Accounts Receivable Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for our client, a leading organization based in Louisville, CO . This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of global customer invoicing and collections. The ideal candidate will excel in team leadership, customer service, contract compliance, reporting, and managing the monthly accounting close process. Position Overview: Location: Hybrid work schedule (3 days in the Louisville, CO office) Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience) discretionary bonus potential Benefits: 401K match, medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and more Key Responsibilities: Review and post invoices, sales orders, and payment applications Full oversight of collections process Lead monthly collections status meeting with internal and 3rd party consultants Compile global AR aging reports and department KPI's Contribute to monthly close Qualifications: Experience: 4 years in Accounts Receivable or accounting, with prior management experience required. Skills: Strong account reconciliation skills and exceptional customer service abilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is preferred Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, business units, and external advisors.
