Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is searching for an experienced Staff Product Manager to join our Marketing Technology team within the Digital Product organization. This role will be responsible for developing, launching, and managing our product use cases across Dish Enterprise’s brands. You will be the Subject Matter Expert on MarTech, especially Adobe stack, working with key stakeholders within and outside Marketing, Digital Product, MarTech and Engineering organizations to rollout, establish, and go-live CDP across Dish’s infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for technology and a desire to create impactful solutions. We are looking for a self-motivated leader that has a proven track record of success in the MarTech domain, drive to think differently, and have an aptitude for problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives, and timelines
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business operations and technical teams
Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management
Create a comprehensive roadmap to coordinate the development efforts and ensure features are scheduled in the appropriate order
Define use cases and acceptance criteria for development teams to achieve a shared understanding of the desired result
Assist testing groups with the creation and implementation of test cases that fully account for the acceptance criteria
Leadership Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to communicate the vision, progress, and impact of shared capabilities and user experience initiatives
Serve as the primary point of contact for the greater organization to understand the Adobe stack
Work with Technical Product Managers of each platform component to ensure that their roadmaps align with the overall roadmap
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in STEM field, Information Systems, or a related field
MBA or advanced degree is a plus
6+ years of experience implementing marketing technology platforms at scale, particularly in Marketing Technology
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Adobe marketing suite and other MarTech-related technologies
Expert knowledge of Adobe Tech stack such as Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Target, Launch, Analytics
Proven experience (6+ years) in product or technical program management in MarTech, AdTech, or highly related fields, with a strong focus on implementation, process improvement, and user-centric solutions
Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management
Technical proficiency and understanding of the Marketing Technology ecosystem and tools, with a track record of driving enhancements and the product
Demonstrated experience collaborating with IT engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and successfully implementing system enhancements
Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management
Demonstrated collaborative style, with the ability to lead and influence diverse teams
Ability to form connections and build relationships with key partners and colleagues across the enterprise
Self-starter and ability to figure out a complicated environment
Working knowledge of solution architecture principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including IT teams, marketing teams, senior management
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, continuous improvement, and driving sales growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year
