As a Marketing Manager for DISH, you will oversee campaigns and initiatives that define our brand story, engage target audiences, and drive annual sales goals. Your role involves executing the annual Video Services Go-To-Market Calendar, leading tactical campaigns based on long-term strategies, and launching new product offers. You'll work cross-functionally to align objectives and produce comprehensive Business and Initiative Briefs, ensuring thorough performance reporting and seamless execution. This is a high-energy role for a well-rounded business professional who can hit the ground running and drive results immediately. This role is demanding given the dynamic market landscape and new marketing challenges, and will allow the right candidate the opportunity to make a big impact in a short time as they grow a critical channel for DISH.Key Responsibilities:Coordinating annual marketing offer strategy (cross-tactic; cross sales channels), inclusive of core pricing, technology launches, free/GWP, gift cards, partner co-marketing, competitive response, faux offers and moreMaintaining toolkits and fact sheets for ongoing initiatives including gathering results post-campaignProviding feedback to creative agencies with minimal oversight from senior leadershipDeveloping strategy, implementing and executing marketing cross-sell campaigns, including Wireless, Internet and other cross-portfolio opportunities with minimal oversightCoordinating resources required for executing with excellence - including business brief, business rules, disclaimers/requirements, marketing guidelines, marketing fact sheets, and review/approval processesTaking the lead in campaign-level performance share-out across teams, channels and tactics, including KPIs, message tests, offer testing and image testing
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related fieldMarketing Generalist with at least 5+ years of experience across full-funnel marketing: brand, digital, direct response, and partner marketingSkills and Qualifications:Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information; comfortable analyzing marketing data to see big pictureAbility to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including Sales, Marketing partners
(Digital, Insights, Analytics, Brand, PMO, Finance, etc) and Creative AgenciesStrong interpersonal skills that encourage team collaboration and promote enthusiasm; build trust with external and cross-functional partnersMust be results-oriented and have an understanding of metrics and data, as well as the ability to make recommendations to leadership based on key information alongside Finance and Marketing Analytics teamsEffective communication skills and comfortable presenting to leadership; a problem solver; process and detail-orientedThrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/YearBenefits
