Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with brand objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement.Media Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key beauty and lifestyle media, securing placements in top-tier publications, online platforms, and broadcast outlets.Influencer Partnerships:

Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant influencers and content creators, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audience.Campaign Development:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated campaigns that leverage influencer content, including product launches, events, and seasonal promotions.Event Management:

Plan and execute high-profile events, product launches, and influencer gatherings that reflect the luxury nature of the brand.Content Creation:

Oversee the creation of press materials, including press releases, media kits, and brand storytelling content, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice.Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on PR and influencer campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.Budget Management:

Manage PR and influencer marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in PR and influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or luxury sectors.Proven track record of successful media placements and influencer collaborations.Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of current trends.
