Job Details

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of 6, ensuring alignment on sales and marketing objectivesDevelop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategyLead with a 'player/coach' mentality, actively participating in key deals while mentoring the teamDrive alignment and performance across sales and marketing functionsCollaborate cross-functionally to enhance product development, customer experience, and retention strategiesImplement data-driven approaches to evaluate and optimize all go-to-market activitiesScale the sales and marketing organization by recruiting, training, and retaining a highly skilled, diverse, and accountability-focused teamDevelop and refine sales methodologies, forecasting processes, and compensation structuresExecute marketing strategies that demonstrably improve lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline, and bookingsIdentify and penetrate new market verticals to drive business expansionActively support AEs in deal strategy and assist with closing key opportunitiesUtilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activity, generate reports, and streamline sales processesEnsure team members meet or exceed sales targets and KPIsProvide regular coaching and performance feedback to foster professional growthQualifications:

Bachelor's Degree10+ years of successful sales leadership in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling go-to-market operations5+ years of general management and P&L experienceProven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, and partnershipsProven experience in sales management within a SaaS companyExpertise in modern sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC) and their application in SaaS environmentsStrong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a must and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategiesExperience in both sales and marketing, with a solid understanding of how they intersectDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teamsHands-on approach, willing to actively participate in closing deals and troubleshooting
