Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Sr. UX Designer specialized in web/eCommerce. This person will sit on a cross-functional squad that focuses mostly on eCommerce experiences. They will be the sole designer on this team but have the opportunity to collaborate with 7 other designers across other squads. They will collaborate with our design manager that oversees all design deliverables and work. They will also collaborate with a design scrum and UX BA to ensure the successful delivery of the work.
Position Summary: The Senior UX Designer will lead UX design projects for our eCommerce initiatives. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in both B2B and B2C eCommerce and be well-versed in using design systems. A successful candidate will also have experience creating scalable and reusable components and working with design variables in Figma.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C eCommerce projects.
Proficient in design tool Figma
Deep understanding of how to design and build effective, reusable components using variables within a design system.
Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, including a solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout.
Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. null
