Position Overview:

The Sr. Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with key partners to drive revenue growth and enhance partner relationships. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making to deliver effective B2B marketing campaigns. You will manage multiple partner lines, creating tailored marketing plans that align with business objectives and partner strategies. In close collaboration with sales, marketing operations, and project teams, you'll ensure thesmooth execution of campaigns, manage marketing budgets, and track performance metrics. Additionally, you'll oversee partner events, promotions, and relationship management, ensuring a strong ROI and ongoing business growth.

Develop B2B go-to-market strategies for both external communications and internal sales alignment.Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including communication, engagement, and performance evaluation components.Propose adjustments based on business trends, collaborating with Marketing Operations Managers to ensure smooth monthly execution.Analyze the impact of marketing efforts on sales campaigns and overall effectiveness.Provide cross-functional support to Sales, Partners, and internal teams.Manage and track marketing P&L for assigned partners, meeting revenue and profitability targets.Build and present marketing plans aligning with partner strategies and profitability goals.Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with partners, driving incremental marketing plans and evaluating campaign success.Develop and execute strategic B2B marketing plans in collaboration with key partners.Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies targeting both external audiences and internal sales teams.Manage multiple vendor product lines, driving sales growth and profitability for each partner.Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, aligning marketing efforts with their business goals.Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Project Teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.Oversee marketing budgets, track revenue, and manage profitability for each partner line.Plan and execute events, tradeshows, and conferences to support partner growth initiatives.Present marketing strategies and performance insights to partners and internal stakeholders.Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify new opportunities.Drive incremental marketing opportunities and ensure proper use of partner co-op funding.What you will bring to the team:

5+ years of experience in strategic marketing within the tech industry, ideally in a channel environment.Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans with measurable results and collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.Experience using CRM (D365), Wrike, and marketing automation systems is a plus.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel (~25%) for partner meetings and events.Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns.Excited about achieving results and cultivating strong, enduring partnerships.#LI-Remote
