As a Digital Designer you will be supporting our Digital Design Director to drive creative work forward, gathering relevant inspiration, generating multiple ideas and design executions for various campaigns and programs. Reporting to the Digital Design Director this role will help in the overall ideation and execution of marketing briefs keeping the Olaplex brand identity across all consumer touchings.
Responsibilities:
Support the Design Director and Creative Director to research trends and develop innovative digital designs that resonate with both consumers and cultureCraft compelling presentations and deliverables that drive clarity and impactDesign across digital platforms, including email campaigns, banners, websites, and paid mediaMaintain and evolve the brand's digital design system library, ensuring consistency and creativityIdeate and innovate the design journey across the digital landscapeConfidently bring fresh perspectives, and effectively present and defend your ideas within the teamSynthesize visual and verbal elements to identify and implement cutting-edge digital trendsFoster strong, collaborative relationships across creative and cross-functional teamsOccasionally assist on photo shoots, including retouching and video notesAbout You:3-5 years of design experienceBA/BFA in Graphic Design or Visual Communication Design preferredProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, basic knowledge in After Effects) and Figma; 3D skills are a plusBasic understanding of HTML, and experience with working with engineers is a plusPrior experience in an ad agency, in-house, or marketing services environment is preferredMastery of typography and design principles across both print and digital mediumsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesProactive communication skills, both written and verbalKnowledge of retail, beauty, and fashion industries, along with current trendsThrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlinesDemonstrated critical thinking, creative curiosity, and resilience.We'd love to have you apply, even if you don't feel you meet every single requirement. The annual base pay for this position is $65,450 - $77,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
