As a Technical Designer, you will be part of the Technical Services department supporting all categories but with a focus on
intimates/apparel
. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, be supportive, maintain composure in a stressful situation, be approachable, empathetic, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be agile.

What's the Job?
Execute the technical design process from development to final fit
Analyze and evaluate garments to develop the correct fit specifications
Ensure that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fit quality, standards, manufacturer capabilities, and cost specifications
Develop technical specifications and communicate fit to vendors/factories for approvals and corrections
Make appropriate adjustments with factories as required to ensure integrity of design approved prototypes while monitoring quality and targeted price
What's Needed?
7+ years of experience in technical design with intimates/apparel (like swimwear, bras, underwear, etc.) from development to final fit
Should not have led any direct reports; individual contributor role (highlight that specifically)
Experience fitting swimwear, bras, apparel, etc.
Participated or owned their own fittings, can write up fit comments & pattern correction, have centric training, excel/illustrator/Flex PLM etc.
Comments on previous fittings are required within the resume (above or below professional experience, or in the comments section)
