Position Overview: The Director of Brand/Growth Marketing will lead the development and execution of comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and enhance brand equity. This individual will be responsible for overseeing brand management, product innovation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Director will take ownership of brand performance, P&L management, and long-term strategic growth. Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Leadership: Develop and implement long-term brand strategies to drive growth, innovation, and brand equity. Oversee the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans, including brand positioning, activation, and market expansion initiatives. Brand Activation and Communication: Lead collaboration with Creative Services, Sales, R&D, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels. Direct the development and execution of high-impact promotional and advertising campaigns that elevate brand visibility and engagement. Product Portfolio & Innovation: Oversee product portfolio management, driving innovation and identifying opportunities for product improvements or new product launches.
