Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop brand strategies to engage ecosystem (Gamers, game guilds, NFT holders, liquidity providers, broader game community, and investors), including both business and customer audiences.
  2. Establish Blockchain’s voice to a wide, diverse and growing community.
  3. Oversee creative development and production of all brand campaigns.
  4. Hire, manage, and work closely with best-in-class marketing agencies.
  5. Manage brand activations tailored to different audiences, markets, and business needs.
  6. Develop and deliver initiatives that raise the profile across diverse audiences and encourage and inspire inclusive participation and engagement.
  7. Safeguard creative excellence and consistency in our brand expression across all touch points.
  8. Create strategies for gathering community feedback to help inform future development decisions, features, adoption, etc.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. 4+ years of experience in brand marketing for a consumer product and/or creative agency - ideally in decentralized game, defi, fintech, blockchain, or technical products in software.
  3. Resourceful in game or game guilds.
  4. Successful experience with scale-ups and building marketing strategies from the ground up.
  5. Proven track record of driving business outcomes and commercially minded with interest in ecosystem incentives, leveraging branding and marketing to convey the opportunity of participation in ecosystem.
  6. Experience leveraging and building community to achieve marketing and growth objectives.
  7. Highly collaborative, creative, and agile.
  8. Experience launching new brands.
  9. Experience with creative development and production for integrated marketing campaigns, including social media and thoughtfully connecting with the crypto community.
  10. Significant experience evaluating creative ideas and guiding development and activation with external and internal partners.
  11. Ability to interact with a wide variety of audiences and communicate cross-functionally.
  12. Solution-oriented problem-solving skills and high learning agility, creative thinker.
  13. Strong communication skills, with clarity and thoughtfulness to inspire trust and engagement.
  14. Passion for game, gamefi, crypto, blockchain, digital asset, and decentralized finance.
  15. Highly collaborative and creative to inspire engagement through branding and marketing, catalyzing participation and rapid development of an inclusive ecosystem.
