Part-Time Administrative & Marketing Assistant
to join their team in Miami.

The Job You Will Perform:
Provide day-to-day administrative support, managing email communications in Microsoft Outlook and handling confidential information.Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating travel.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content and tracking engagement.Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.Greet and assist visitors professionally and maintain a smooth office environment, managing supplies and liaising with vendors.Perform data entry, file management, and clerical tasks as needed.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook
is required, along with the
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong written and verbal communication skills.High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Schedule flexibility is essential to accommodate varying business needs.Strong organizational and time management skills.Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
