As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for DomainTools, you will be part of a team that is tasked with developing messaging and positioning to highlight how we enable our customers to better protect their infrastructure from bad actors. You will work closely with the product and sales teams creating compelling content to help customers understand use cases and value propositions, as well as support marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and adoption - with a focus on EMEA and Ecosystem Partners.
The ideal candidate has a passion for helping their colleagues, a desire for learning more about the cybersecurity market, and translating how DomainTools can be used to provide domain and DNS infrastructure intelligence to empower incident response, threat hunting, etc.
Location: Remote - US
Compensation: $120K - $180k + 10% annual bonus
Requirements
Key Job Responsibilities
- Competitive Analysis: Have a deep understanding of domain and DNS Infrastructure Intelligence and where we sit in the market to supply our GTM team with competitive analysis.
- EMEA Support: Work with our pre-sales and post-sales EMEA sales reps to understand their market, drive meaningful content, and lasting relationships with prospects and customers.
- Channel Support: Alongside our VP of Global Ecosystems, own all external messaging for our core technology and channel partners - driving new business and increased engagement across various platforms (SIEM, SOAR, TIP, ITSM, EDR, etc.).
- Post-Sales Enablement: Work closely with our account managers to provide content and collaboration on post-sales motions.
- Sales Enablement: Enable our sales team to execute effectively against their goals, through clear and concise content that is aligned with our ICP.
- ICP and Persona Documentation: Building off of our ICP data, work to help our GTM team understand the primary pain points and challenges in order to build meaningful and consultative relationships.
- Compliance Mapping: Have a great understanding of regulatory compliance standards and frameworks to establish where DomainTools can help organizations - creating content to support compliance mapping.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cybersecurity product marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of domain and DNS infrastructure intelligence and where DomainTools sits in the market.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt to specific personas, integrated market trends, and meet specific deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to think outside of the box.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with senior management.
- Ability to share your ideas and the DomainTools messaging externally and internally via presentations, speaking engagements, or on social media.
