Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing leader to develop and execute high-impact strategies that expands our presence and drives new and repeat customer growth. This role will lead a high-performing marketing team, manage large-scale campaigns, and collaborate across departments to ensure all marketing efforts align with our company's business objectives. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in multi-channel marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to execute innovative ideas that translate into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and sales growth across multiple locations.Oversee all marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media, branding, product launches, customer loyalty programs, public relations, and local store marketing.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Engineering) to align marketing initiatives with company goals and product offerings.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence in execution.Utilize data-driven insights to track, measure, and refine marketing efforts, ensuring continuous optimization of campaigns.Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis to keep Tiff's Treats at the forefront of innovation.Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives.Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience in marketing marketing with at least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.Industry experience within multi-unit retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment is a plus, but not requiredProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.Strong leadership and team management skills with experience leading a team to execute detailed projects.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions.Data-driven mindset, with experience in utilizing analytics to drive decision-making.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
