We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, creative and curious Sr Product Marketing Manager of Print and CO-OP to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of two distinct print look books, along with other emerging and strategic cross-category CO-OP initiatives. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization including Creative, Production and Product Categories to deliver bar-raising customer experiences, optimized for engagement and conversion, across print, social and more. Key job responsibilities Lead the strategic business development, targeting and distribution of two print look books that highlight key product categories. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and content teams to ensure look books align with business objectives and marketing goals. Analyze audience engagement and feedback to continuously improve future editions. Manage category marketing CO-OP opportunities for key vendors, inclusive of strategizing merchandising packages, developing unified rate models, and bar-raising playbooks that can be scaled across categories and globally. Work closely with category managers to develop marketing strategies that drive awareness and sales across multiple product lines. Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Establish KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and analyze performance data. Prepare regular analysis for stakeholders, highlighting results, learnings, and recommendations for future projects. Build strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, merchandising, and design, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Participate and lead planning sessions and contribute to overall marketing strategy for North America Stores Marketing A day in the life Cross-collaboration with key look book stakeholders, including creative project manager, Head of Design, production, Copy, and Event leads. Partnering with category marketing leads to develop best practices for CO-OP and establishing repeatable playbooks. Unlocking new reporting to share internally with category POCs on CO-OP performance Inventing net-new, never offered before monetized opportunities for category vendors Leading leadership reviews of look book marketing strategies Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
