Troy, MI - Full Time

Responsibilities

Operate under the supervision of Engineering ManagerMentor and collaborate with the design team to troubleshoot and resolve Creo-related challenges, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable environmentDesign and check 3D models for defense vehicles, utilizing Creo to ensure accuracy and compliance with specificationsDeliver comprehensive course instruction and demonstrations for Creo learners, both in-person and online as neededStay updated with the latest Creo features, tools, and industry trends to enhance instructional contentPropose innovative class offerings to the Engineering Manager as requiredParticipate in mandatory orientation and complete all compliance trainingProvide instruction and guidance as required, with the flexibility to undertake local travel to support operational needs and ensure the highest standards of Creo training across various locations

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Creo software for design, modeling, and checking. Must have extensive experience with contouring and dimensioning, preferably in defense.Experience in instructing or training individuals in CreoAbility to troubleshoot and assist Detailers and Designers with Creo-related challengesExceptional communication abilities to effectively teach technical concepts to a diverse audienceMust be a team player with strong collaborative skillsWillingness to engage in local travel on an occasional basisAbility to work between 40-60 hours per week based on project demands. Flex time start, core hours are 8am-4pm but they could start as early as 7am.Must be willing to work remotely on Saturdays on an as-needed basis to meet customer demands. If they work a Saturday, it would be a half day. They are not currently working any.Only United States Citizens can be consideredMust possess or be able to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experienceAn Associate's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
