Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods For example, user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis Mapping activities like journey mapping are a bonus Assessing capacity needs, time commitments, accurately estimate timeline needs and manage to it Ability to align research objectives with business goals Translate insights into actionable recommendations Familiarity with UX research tools Basic understanding of design and development processes Skills Required
3-5 years of experience Experience working in a corporate environment full time Experience with the following UX Research Tools
