Senior UX Researcher Job at Ports North in Minneapolis

We have partnered with our client in their search for a Senior UX Researcher.

Responsibilities

1. Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
2. For example, user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis
3. Mapping activities like journey mapping are a bonus
4. Assessing capacity needs, time commitments, accurately estimate timeline needs and manage to it
5. Ability to align research objectives with business goals
6. Translate insights into actionable recommendations
7. Familiarity with UX research tools
8. Basic understanding of design and development processes

Skills Required

1. 3-5 years of experience
2. Experience working in a corporate environment full time
3. Experience with the following UX Research Tools:

• Dovetail, Hey Marvin, Maze UserTesting.com, Mural, Miro, Figjam
