EXPERIENCE Proven experience in quantitative user experience research, with a strong portfolio of successful projects including survey design, competitive analysis, heuristic reviews, user interviews, field studies, usability testing, experimentation, A/B testing Experience with analyzing and presenting behavioral data from Google Analytics as well as user testing data from UserTesting.com and A/B testing tools Strong understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and analyzing results with statistically sound methodologies Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations to improve the user experience.
