Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist
Work Where You Can Make An Impact
TheInternal Communications & Engagement Specialistat Sonova Audiological Care U.S. is crucial for enhancing employee engagement and collaboration. This tech-savvy individual will utilize their problem-solving abilities to craft and disseminate impactful communications and engagement content through various channels. They will support an evolving internal communications strategy that reflects the executive vision, company culture, and brand identity. With a knack for creativity and attention to detail, they will manage multiple projects, ensuring consistent and effective application of corporate messaging and brand standards.
Hybrid Role 1 day per week in the office
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Executeinternal communications and engagement initiatives aligned with company objectives, culture, and brand values.
Create, review, and distribute compelling communication materials like emails, presentations, and summaries.
Assistin developing and implementing engagement programs, including employee recognition and team events.
Collaboratewith various departments to maintain high-quality communications and intranet content.
Communicateeffectively and promptly across internal channels, providing insightful updates.
Evaluatethe effectiveness of communication strategies and report findings to management.
Performadditional responsibilitiesas needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
4+ Years of progressive experience in internal communications or related Marketing role
5 years of leadership experience
Strong communication and project management skills
Outstanding writing and editing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
Basic design software skills are a plus
Previous experience supporting email marketing and social media campaigns is preferred
