Campaign Management and Demand Generation Job description The IGIU (Infrastructure Global Industry Unit) Global Campaigns team is chartered to build and scale efficient campaign plans that align to go-to-market strategies by partnering with product marketing, sales and cross-functional teams across marketing to engage prospects with targeted campaigns and marketing activities that build pipeline and drive revenue. Responsibilities include but may not be limited to: + Own bringing the campaign strategy for Oracle's Construction and Engineering products and solutions to life through activation plans and objectives + Create and drive omni-channel campaign plans in alignment with business priorities, product market maturity and GTM plan + Design activation plans for execution: digital, event, PR, trade publications, partner integration + Create and manage campaign kits, complete with bill of materials, messaging and execution plan + Drive a consistent message and tone across different campaign programs and regions through cross-functional alignment + Leverage the customer journey map and funnel stages to engage target audiences with the right content through the right channel at the right time + Measure and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as MQL benchmarks, funnel conversion rates, pipeline and revenue, provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement + Coordinate with Marketing Operations teams on data requirements for tracking of global campaign activities and performance + Partner with AMER/EMEA/JAPAC Field Marketing leads to execute full funnel campaign related activations + Work closely with partner teams to develop and execute campaign strategies + Coordinate localization/translation workflows with internal and external teams globally + Manage the campaign calendar and plan on a page + Own execution of digital channels and email nurture Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities Preferred skills and experience + 8+ years experience in B2B demand generation or campaign management + Experience designing Account-Based Marketing, Persona, and Vertical Industry campaigns + Experience building out complex marketing campaign and activation plans + Ability to work with multiple data sources, analyze and translate them into insights + Experience working with or leveraging partner ecosystems + Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner Life at Oracle: An Oracle career can span industries, roles, countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to tackle new roles and challenges, while blending work and life. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
