Remote - Media Planner

Headquartered in Santa Monica, a healthcare company that operates a telemedicine platform for discounts on prescriptions, is looking to bring on 2 Media Planner resources onto their Sales and Revenue team. This team is looking to grow and scale in size in response to the increasing workload.
Responsibilities include:-Create a media plan to achieve campaign objectives within the allocated budget.-Assisting the Sales team in digital media campaign planning and putting together strategic recommendations.-Communicate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams and ensure accurate campaign details and excellent customer service.-Maintain accuracy of insertion orders within internal systems tool to reserve advertising space and is responsible for the accuracy of plan details and confirmation of delivery.-Aid in ensuring all media placements are impactful to our client's target audience.-Use digital media tools and resources as needed to research and plan client campaigns, including competitive analysis and site traffic and demographic.

Required Skills & Experience-3+ years previous digital media experience.-Previous strategic media planning experience at a media/marketing agency (CMI Media Group, Havas Media Network, Publicis, OMD etc.)-Entry level experience with Excel (making charts, organization etc.)-Advanced experience with an OMS (Order Management System) placements.IO preferred (others are okay)-Experience evaluating and recommending strategy and placements for digital campaigns.-Experience with any BI Tool (Lookr is preferred)-Basic knowledge of advanced analytics and performance media.-Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics and concepts.-Well-developed problem-solving and communication skills.-Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices.-Experience negotiating with and managing digital vendors.-The ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
