Overview:
The Revenue & Marketing Coordinator assists in supporting the Director of Revenue and the Director of Marketing. Work with the Director of Revenue to pick up and track the daily activity of any definite group and responsible for the accuracy of all reservations and group room blocks are set up according to contract/resume requirements. Work with the Director of Marketing to promote brand awareness both internally, externally and assist with the execution of marketing initiatives under strategic guidance and direction. Salary Range $20/hour - $22/hour Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: Receive and enter all rooming lists. Monitor cut-off dates, group pick-up, and provide weekly information to revenue and marketing team. Monitor attrition collection and no-show/cancellation revenue for all groups, monthly report required. Work with clients Effectively gather all necessary information from guests, clients and confirm reservations. Assist with building leisure rate plans. Project and program coordination coordinate timelines, processes, and deliverables to ensure accurate and up-to-date content is promoted via website, microsites, third-party, and on-property. Coordinate the execution of email communications intended to support all aspects of operational needs to include past guests, Restaurants/Bars/Events, Spa, Sales, and Catering. Assist in maintaining website content to ensure updates are completed promptly and accurate content. Monitor competitor websites and relay relevant updates to leadership regarding offers and upcoming events planned. Assist with coordination of media visits, site tours and photoshoots. Assist with the development of quality, on brand creative projects as needed. Assists in ensuring resort marketing and brand marketing comply. Maintain and update the intellectual brand assets. Maintain accurate files and systems. Answer questions about property, services and room accommodations. Have knowledge of all hotel facilities, services, hours of operation, guest room layouts, red types, dcor, room types, and restricted dates. Reviews whole sale reservations Pick up reports Works with Director of Revenue to pick up and track daily activity Supples information on hotel bookings Attend group pre-con meetings Participates in weekly pick up meetings with Director of Revenue and Director of Marketing Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Prerequisites: Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet deadlines, be agile in scheduling, and complete projects quickly and efficiently, previous reservation experience preferred. Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of word, excel, power point, canva. Must be mature, pleasant, courteous, cooperative, and an enthusiastic team player who displays good human relations skills. Must be flexible in working hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Four year degree in marketing, public relations or other related field preferred At least one years hospitality experience required
