About the Role
Heyday Skincare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director-level marketer to lead our ambitious marketing initiatives at Heyday. As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth strategies through direct response advertising and customer acquisition initiatives. You will have the opportunity to help shape our marketing strategies and contribute to the overall success of our business. Reporting to the CMO and based in New York City, this is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing organization in a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Do Own all paid media and digital marketing strategies and tactics internally and with 3rd party partners to grow awareness, traffic and conversion, including but not limited to paid social, SEM, SEO & Affiliates. Deep and integrated knowledge and analytical capabilities required across channel ecosystem. Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing performance. Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates/ROI. Strategically allocate marketing budget across multiple channels and markets to elevate performance against channel level CAC and LTV targets Define and refine a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy to scale Heyday for the future, maximizing marketing productivity through hypothesis-driven testing across audience, channel, and messaging. Develop and maintain a performance marketing dashboard, meticulously track pacing to goals and budgets, actioning in real time to respond to business needs Manage paid media agency, conduct agency reviews, drive best-in-class partnership and performance Partner in driving the awareness of the Heyday brand and membership program. Partner with the Creative team to develop customer-centric, elevated assets to maximize consideration and conversion. Drive best-in-class channel specific content learnings. Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, training, and customer service to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and maintain Heyday's competitive edge. Your role will involve a combination of strategic leadership and executional excellence The Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. MBA is a plus! 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving significant customer acquisition and revenue growth in a consumer-focused company. Experience in tech, DTC, subscription services, skincare/beauty industries is a plus. Experience in multi-unit or franchising is also a plus. Has experience leading and developing a team Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Positive attitude with a sense of urgency and a scrappy approach to challenges.
