Assistant Community Manager | San Mateo

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring an Assistant Community Manager in San Mateo . The ideal candidate will have at least a minimum of 1 year of residential management experience and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: San Mateo
Compensation: $20 - $24.99
Work Type: 2 Month Temp - chance to convert
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule income verification appointments, process lease agreements, and maintain the housing waitlist.
Assist in re-certifications, welfare exemption documents, MOR, and TCAC reviews.
Handle notices, vacancies, turnover forms, rent collection, security deposits, petty cash, and bank deposits.
Conduct property inspections, identifying maintenance and security issues.
Foster relationships with law enforcement and emergency agencies.
Coordinate maintenance inspections, ensuring timely processing of work orders.
Maintain resident and property files while safeguarding confidential information.
Communicate emergency preparedness procedures to residents and coordinate resident meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, along with one year of residential property management, customer service, or administrative experience (or equivalent education and experience).
Proficiency in MS Office and/or RealPage software system.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with a proven ability to achieve measurable results.
Independent worker with the capacity to collaborate in a team-based environment.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Possession of a valid California Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

$65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
