Marketing and Sales Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Marketing & Sales Manager, for a permanent opportunity, working hybrid for a company in Richmond, Virginia.

Duties:

• Driving sales initiatives and marketing efforts to grow market share

• Increase brand awareness

• Community engagement and sponsorships

• Analyze sales performance and strategize to improve effectiveness

• Supervise a sales team

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2C sales and marketing experience. Someone who can work in a non-structure environment, take initiative and implement processes, a problem-solver, operate in a fast paced environment, adapt quickly, accept change, collaborate, and open to travel.

Permanent Salary Range: $100K to $120K plus benefits including healthcare, paid time off, 401K and more.
