TheJr. Graphic Designerwill play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by assisting with the design, production, and formatting of both digital and print materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing production-ready designs that align with the company’s branding guidelines while managing multiple projects and maintaining attention to detail. This role will require proficiency in file preparation, organization, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to ensure
high-quality outputs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and formatting of in-store print collateral, such as posters, signage, flyers, and promotional materials.Work with established design templates to update content for new projects, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.Resize and adjust digital assets for various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website banners.Export digital graphics in appropriate formats, ensuring quality across different devices and platforms.Support the creation and formatting of basic digital deliverables such as banners, thumbnails, and ads.Prepare production-ready files for print and digital outputs, ensuring proper file setup and management, accuracy in specs, layouts, and file naming conventions.Assist with the preparation of print-ready files, including checking color profiles, bleed, crop marks, and resolution.Work with vendors and internal teams to support print production needs, ensuring final outputs meet the quality standards.Support the marketing team with the production of materials for product launches, technology activations, and promotions.Assist in the preparation of materials for trade shows, in-store activations, and special events.Make updates to pre-existing templates for recurring projects like flyers, postcards, and brochures.Communicate clearly with team members regarding project timelines, progress, and any potential production challenges.Review and proof design work before finalizing to ensure high-quality and error-free output.Provide support to the design team in executing production tasks efficiently.Be willing to take on new responsibilities as needed and assist with additional production needs.Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
