Job Summary
The Supply Chain Materials Management Analyst will be a key team member within the supply chain operations organization, actively managing multiple project based programs across our network of fulfillment centers. Analysts engage directly with stakeholders and team members across our field locations to help drive key metric related to inventory management, order fulfillment and escalation handling.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with leaders across construction, installation, and network operations to ensure continuity and support related to materials management
- Apply analysis and problem solving to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues within our local market fulfillment centers
- Work cross functionally to drive process improvements through policy review, operational efficiencies, and/or system implementations
- Coordinate materials planning and procurement initiatives with team members to ensure inventory availability across key product segments
- Track and measure KPIs related to materials planning, supply, operational performance
- Help lead cross functional meeting with stakeholders to review results, compliance, and training
- Proactively identify opportunities to reduce cost and/or improve SLAs
- Strong customer service/support aptitude
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of supply chain modeling/planning experience
- Track record of identifying key questions; defining, performing, and coordinating analyses; and communicating findings
- Critical thinker with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal, skills
- Ability to identify & implement efficiencies in business processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in New York is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in Texas is $64,260.00 - $105,570.00 / year. For other locations, please inquire with your recruiter.
