Position Overview

To achieve our ambitious mission, we are modernizing our marketing department with digital marketing transformation to improve brand reach, customer targeting, personalization, and overall efficiency in the marketing delivery model. You will be part of an agile model to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and retention.

You’ll manage and analyze marketing data, create insightful reports, and collaborate with various teams to optimize campaigns and drive customer engagement. You’ll also integrate data of all campaigns and ensure data quality and consistency. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions and enhance our marketing effectiveness.

Job Description

  • Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and readiness for analysis.
  • Data Extensions: Prepare and manage data extensions to structure and store data effectively within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Automation: Implement automation workflows for lead and customer engagement.
  • Campaign Analysis: Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns by analyzing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Customer Insights: Identify trends and patterns in customer behavior to inform marketing strategies and improve engagement.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
  • Segmentation: Use data to segment audiences for targeted and personalized marketing efforts.
  • Optimization: Recommend and implement changes to improve campaign performance based on data insights.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and that messages are fired off correctly and on time.
  • Personalization: Develop personalized customer experiences using data insights to tailor content and messaging.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud required
  • 5 years’ experience in marketing technology, of which
  • 1-2 years’ experience need to be in data manipulation, interpretation, report writing, or data insight summarization
  • Proven experience managing data and campaigns using Marketing Cloud
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization

Professional Competencies

  • Data Architecture: Experience in designing and managing data structures
  • Data Modeling: Proficiency in creating data models to represent complex data relationships
  • SQL: Strong skills in SQL for querying and managing databases
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Tools: Knowledge of AMPScript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), and Guide Template Language
  • Data Extensions: Expertise in managing and preparing data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Data Quality Management: Ability to ensure data accuracy and handle duplicate management
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, presentation and facilitation skills
