We are currently partnered with a fast-growing, innovative AI technology company transforming the fashion and ecommerce industries. Their mission is to reshape the future of fashion through cutting-edge technology solutions that have a real impact.

As they continue to scale, they're currently seeking dynamic and strategic Partnership Managers to join their team and focus on driving impactful partnerships in New York or LA.

As a Partnership Manager, you will play a key role in managing and expanding relationships with existing and new partners based in the New York/ LA area. This position will require a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on relationship management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in social media fashion partnerships and be able to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential partners.
• Manage a comprehensive CRM system to track partner engagement and communication.
• Develop and implement tailored partnership strategies to meet both company and partner goals.
• Regularly communicate with partners to provide updates, address concerns, and build long-term rapport.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
• Meet with partners in person as needed to strengthen relationships and ensure mutual success.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing fashion partnerships, particularly within social media platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Flexibility to meet partners in the New York/ LA area and travel as necessary.
• A passion for both fashion and AI technology.
