Job Overview:
As the Office Admin, you"ll be a key part of our reporting process. You"ll support our engineers by transforming lab data into clear, organized reports.
Key Responsibilities
**Prepare, edit and compile field and lab data into detailed technical reports for clients.
**Use advanced Microsoft Word features (headings, table of contents, cover pages) to create professional documents.
**Design tables, charts, and graphs in Excel for seamless Word integration.
**Ensure all reports are error-free and well-structured.
**Communicate professionally with clients and team members in writing and over the phone.
**Translate technical details into accessible language for non-experts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
**1-4 years in a similar admin role in a fast-paced, professional setting (e.g., law office, engineering).
**Advanced Microsoft Word skills; Excel proficiency (tables, charts, graphs).
**MS Word/Excel certification preferred.
**Strong computer skills and tech-savviness.
**Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
**Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
**Eager to learn and adapt to our processes.
