Our client in Irwin, PA is searching for a CAD Designer to add to their team.
Job Description:
- Prepare assembly and component drawings for sales orders, inquiries, or new product development
- Maintain configurations, generate bills of material, and load component and assembly data into ERP software
- Prepare packages for internal and external use
- Perform drawing revisions and modifications
- Update ERP system
- Work with assembly, manufacturing, and quality assurance departments to resolve issues
- Assist in training of new personnel on CAD functions and department procedures
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in CAD design or product evaluation testing
- Prior experience in manufacturing environment
- Associate degree or equivalent is highly preferred
- 3D modeling experience - PTC Creo software preferred
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Microsoft outlook and office abilities
