Summary of Job Description:
The Corporate Communications Associate Manager is responsible for developing and executing effective internal and external communications strategies to enhance Panda's reputation, build brand awareness, and support business objectives. With a focus on executive and culture communications, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective messaging that aligns with our overall business goals. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, Marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate KPIs.
You'll get a chance to: Develop and manage communication strategies for the executive team, including media relations, executive messaging, and internal communications. Be responsible for content creation for various company channels, including LinkedIn and the corporate website. Foster a positive and engaging company culture through effective internal and external communication channels, employee engagement initiatives, and change management programs. Be responsible for content creation for channels such as podcasts. Help execute crisis communication plans and procedures, monitoring to mitigate the impact of potential crises on the company's reputation. Prepare reports on communication activities and results for senior management. Create and refine processes based on learnings and insights. Provide PR and Communications leaders with support on other corporate communication initiatives and special projects, as requested. How we reward you:

Your background and experience:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, or Public/Government Relations Minimum five years of experience in communications, marketing, or public relations representing an organization in the community, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
