Summary of Job Description:
The Director, Multi-Brand Marketing is responsible for building brand awareness and demand for a mix of different brands such as Raising Cane's, Whataburger, Uncle Tetsu, and Yakiya in local communities by forging meaningful connections with local communities and fostering guest love and loyalty. This position is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner to senior Operations leadership to develop strategies, programs, and tools to achieve the financial and growth objectives of Multi-Brand Operations. The Director develops annual marketing plans, optimizes market-level programs, champions brand positioning and standards, and builds brand awareness and loyalty. This position collaborates witht senior Operations leadership, providing critical support to achieving financial and growth objectives. Additionally, the Director, Multi-Brand Marketing will collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving brand positioning, menu innovation, pricing, local marketing programs, and guest experience initiatives.

Pay Range: M4: $161,000 - $226,000 / Annual

While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.

- Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership at PRG and with licensee partners and satellite concepts, crafting strategies, programs, and tools that drive financial growth and operational excellence
- Support and collaborate with a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support that align with the company's mission and values, as well as those of our satellite brands
- Analyze the competitive landscape, benchmarking each brand against local competitors in terms of product, price, promotion, and brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on culinary and marketing trends to identify and uncover growth opportunities
- Conduct consumer and guest research to define brand blueprints and evaluate the impact of new menu offerings and local promotions on revenue, profitability, and product mix.
- Establish and document PRG Multi-Brand Marketing policies, procedures, and process improvements to enhance team performance and efficiency
- Develop and optimize brand strategies, programs, and tools to increase guest visits, boost and grow guest frequency, and increase store level sales transactions and overall guest satisfaction.
- Lead and execute tailored marketing strategies for tiered new store openings, addressing specific market needs and overseeing all related activities.
- Collaborate with external creative partners or agencies to develop and implement promotions consistent with brand positioning that drives sales and transactions.
- Leverage historical data and competitive and consumer insights to drive pricing strategies, making strategic pricing decisions that maximize profitability and market positioning based on historical analysis and competitive and consumer insights.
- Design and manage a comprehensive off-premises, omnichannel consumer guest experience for satellite concepts, leading digital transformation efforts focused on optimizing the digital guest journey and implementing tools for digital excellence.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent field required; MBA preferred
- Minimum ten years of directly applicable marketing experience in a hospitality/restaurant environment, with increasing managerial experience; experience in an hourly or managerial restaurant position preferred
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
