Job Overview:
PSQ Productions is seeking an experienced Director of Event Marketing to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our event and venue portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in event and venue marketing, social media, content creation, and paid advertising, with expertise in CRM management, cross-promotional efforts, and promotions development. This role involves creating innovative strategies to increase brand visibility, drive ticket sales, and enhance the customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams, partners, and influencers is essential, as is a proactive approach to staying informed on industry trends. The Director of Event Marketing will oversee all event marketing and promotional activities, ensuring successful outcomes for PSQ Productions and its events and venues.

Social Media Strategy and Content Management: Develop and maintain a strategic social media calendar for organic, branded, and paid content. Engage actively with audiences across multiple platforms, leveraging real-time trends. Curate the voice and presence of all social media channels to reflect brand values and event themes. Create and oversee real-time content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Paid Digital Advertising and Campaigns: Strategize, execute, and analyze digital ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta). Drive revenue through targeted ads for brand awareness, ticket sales, and merchandise. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign performance and report on key metrics. Influencer and Partner Collaborations: Identify and manage influencer partnerships in collaboration with the PR team. Support and manage relationships with venues, sponsors, and cross-promotional partners. Develop and deliver marketing content that aligns with partner objectives and sponsorship goals. CRM and Survey Management: Build and enhance CRM systems for guest insights, loyalty programs, and purchase history tracking. Schedule and manage guest and partner surveys, collecting insights to inform future strategies. Regularly update customer data, ensuring integration with Google Analytics for seamless reporting. Marketing Activations and Brand Development: Lead development and execution of on-site marketing activations and street team programs. Oversee branding initiatives, including the creation of Style Guides for brand consistency. Coordinate with the team for promotional activities, cross-marketing, and brand-building campaigns. Event Coordination and Onsite Content Generation: Direct the onsite marketing strategy during events, coordinating real-time social media content. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and creative teams to capture key event moments. Lead live streaming efforts, social postings, and customer engagement during events. Copywriting and Proofing: Ensure all marketing materials are proofread, well-written, and brand-aligned. Develop high-quality copy for ads, emails, event signage, and digital assets. Sponsorships and Promotions: Manage sponsorship deliverables, agreements, insurance, and payments. Develop and implement marketing promotions that drive engagement and ticket sales. Serve as the main liaison for sponsors, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of agreements. Promotions Development and Management: Create and execute promotional strategies for events, ticket sales, and venue awareness. Develop seasonal and event-specific promotions in collaboration with cross-departmental teams. Analyze the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and revenue. Event Signage and Onsite Management: Oversee the design, production, and placement of event signage, coordinating with the operations team. Ensure signage and branding at events enhance visibility and guest experience. Customer Support and Post-Event Reporting: Respond to customer inquiries professionally within a 24-hour period. Develop and present detailed post-event reports within two weeks, evaluating key successes and areas for improvement. Cross-Department Collaboration and Leadership: Facilitate cross-department planning meetings, fostering collaboration and creative ideation. Provide regular updates and manage tasks through project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack). Lead email and ad campaign processes, from planning to execution and analytics. Industry Engagement: Stay informed on industry trends by attending events, webinars, and professional development courses. Bring innovative ideas and best practices to improve the marketing strategy and execution.
