Creative Design Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping and upholding the visual identity of MAC across all channels. Combining hands-on design expertise with leadership, you will lead a talented team to deliver visually compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. Your role will include steering creative projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring that all visual communications are engaging, strategic, and aligned with MAC’s brand standards.What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of in-house and contract designers and photographers, fostering creativity and growth.Drive the creative direction from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.Enforce MAC's brand standards and guidelines across all visual assets, maintaining consistency and excellence.Collaborate with internal teams to develop design solutions that meet business objectives for branded campaigns, digital content, promotional materials, and more.Review and approve design work to ensure it meets both creative and quality benchmarks.Manage relationships with external vendors for production needs, such as printing, to ensure superior output.Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating innovative ideas into the team’s work.What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.A minimum of five years of graphic design experience, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.A portfolio showcasing a strong creative vision, with high-quality work across multiple platforms.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.Proven experience in digital design, including UI/UX and social media assets.Expertise in building and maintaining brand standards across diverse platforms.Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.A passion for mentoring and leading teams, cultivating an innovative, collaborative, and positive work culture.Familiarity with printing processes and vendor management.What You’ll Gain:At Multnomah Athletic Club, we believe in taking care of our team members.
