Rhoback is currently seeking a positive, organized, and motivated Influencer Relations Coordinator to join our brand team with a primary focus on managing all aspects of growing our relationships with content creators. This will include running LTK, researching creators, conducting outreach, forming relationships, executing contracts, managing podcasts, tracking performance, obtaining UGC, seeding product, and more – with a specific focus on growing our female customer base. By focusing on managing relationships with creators, this position will require strong organizational skills, a friendly personality, and a desire to grow the Rhoback community through an innovative influencer marketing strategy. The Influencer Relations Coordinator should be enthusiastic about developing strategy, have a strong understanding of the influencer market, and excellent interpersonal skills. Acting as the first impression of the brand to many people, it is imperative the candidate demonstrates an ability to understand the ethos of the brand. By using all social media platforms, it is expected this person has a foundational knowledge of social media and influencer marketing strategies. Candidate should be comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating with team members across multiple departments. This role will be located in-person at Rhoback’s Charlottesville, VA headquarters. Individual will be reporting to Rhoback’s Brand Manager and will work closely with Rhoback’s digital ads team and Media House. Position Responsibilities: Strategically research, vet, and contact creators with wide range of followers across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LTK. Cultivate relationships with creators and remain as point of contact for any needs, requests, or issues for any creator on a daily basis. Help ideate strategy with creators to support and execute new product launches. Develop tracking system to stay organized as relationships and partnerships are formed. Assist in negotiating and executing contracts, ensuring all postings are completed and UGC is sent. Develop UGC strategies while working cross-functionally with digital ads team and media house. Help form larger influencer marketing strategy, focusing on a range of micro to mega influencers, specifically focused on growing our new women’s line. Manage strategy behind seeding products to creators who fit the Rhoback brand and embody the crave activity lifestyle. Coordinate posting for influencers based on current products being released. Research podcasts that fit within the Rhoback brand. Track performance across all UGC, podcasts, and social posts using analytics to inform future decisions and create performance reports. Stay up to date on current social media trends, working with creators to execute them while including Rhoback product. Actively work cross-functionally to continue growing the perception of the Rhoback brand. Requirements: College degree required. Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., including their respective best practices and algorithms. Excellent verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft engaging strategies. Desire to work with several teams in a collaborative environment. Comfortable creating new processes while owning and improving current ones. Interest and strong understanding of social media influencers, social media platforms, and content strategies. Become a brand expert, while demonstrating a clear understanding of the activewear space. Strong time management and prioritizations skills. Ability to work independently and switch rapidly between projects. Comfortable working with statistics and interpreting data to translate insights into actionable strategies. Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to make a positive impact. Ability to think strategically and impact Rhoback’s direction through its growing social media presence. Experience in Microsoft Suite. Open to travel for content shoots with creators. Propensity to go above and beyond and think outside the box. Openness to change and new ways of writing. Trustworthy and full of integrity. Must be a team player with a no-task-too-small attitude
